CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

  1. Open the list of services running on the Empower PC.
  2. Restart the OracleTNSListener service.
  3. Restart the OracleEmpowerService service.
  4. Log in to Empower.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

During login, the ORA12537 error may appear.
