FIX or WORKAROUND
- Open the list of services running on the Empower PC.
- Restart the OracleTNSListener service.
- Restart the OracleEmpowerService service.
- Log in to Empower.
Services may need to be restarted in SQL if above does not resolve the error
During login, the ORA12537 error may appear.
