Only one user cannot see chromatogram in Empower project review window - WKB2643

SYMPTOMS

• User can collect data but can't see chromatogram in review window.
• Other users with same privilege/preference can see chromatogram in review window for same project 

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3
• Citrix

CAUSE

User privilege/preference corrupted

FIX or WORKAROUND

Copy preference from a good user to the user with issue.

To Copy preference:

• login as Empower admin, click on Configure the system
• In configuration Manager click on View > Copy preferences > Select a good "Source user" and "Source Project" under the "Copy from"
• Copy to the user with issue and choose the project. Click Ok.
