CAUSE
Unknown issue with the Oracle service
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Go to Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services.
- Find OracleServiceWAT7.
- Right-click this service and select Restart.
- After the restart is complete, log in to Breeze.
