After running a sample set, we cannot see the chromatograms in the review window in Empower 3 - WKB25785

SYMPTOMS

• Sample set is run
• Channels are brought into Review
• No chromatograms appear
• Project is newly created

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3 
• ACQUITY UPLC with PDA Detector

CAUSE

The Photo Diode Array option is not enabled for this project.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Go to Configure the System.
2. Find the project, select it, and right-click it.  Select properties.
3. On the General tab, in the lower-left corner for "Enabled Options", select the check box for Photo Diode Array.
4. Close any opened project windows.
5. Reopen the project and confirm that you can now review the data.
