Cannot Save a Sample Set Method in Empower - WKB2531

SYMPTOMS

• Getting a Sample Set Method already in use error when trying to save a sample set method.
• Under Sample Set Method Properties, the Clear icon is unavailable, but "Being Edited By:" is populated.
• Tablespace error in the Message Center.
• In the Project Properties, the amount of Free Tablespace is low.

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3

CAUSE

Not enough Tablespace in the project properties.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Go to Configure the System.
2. Select Projects in the left-hand tree.
3. Highlight the Project with the Tablespace error.
4. Right-click and select Properties...
5. Increase the Database Tablespace Quota, and then click OK.
6. Close any windows with this project opened.
7. Reopen Project and save Sample Set Method, and then run.
