Sample Set Name is missing from the Empower report - WKB2533

SYMPTOMS

• The report does not show the Sample Set Name
• Sample Set Names that have many characters do not show in the report
• Sample Set Names with few characters do show up in the report

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3

CAUSE

The cell for Sample Set Name in the header is not big enough to hold long names.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Bring the Sample Set/Result Set into Preview/Publisher.
2. Select the Report Method that has the issue.
3. View the header/footer or, if you have the header on the first page, view the first page header.
4. Ungroup the header.
5. Manually make the size of the cell for Sample Set Name bigger.
6. Preview the report to make sure that the size is sufficient.
7. Regroup the header.
8. Save the report method.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The same holds true for the Sample Name field.
