Input of quote number in "Order number" field

FIX or WORKAROUND

Use the order number to activate 5 Named User Licenses.

Error: "Base license must be activated first" when trying to activate user licenses in Empower 3 - WKB19973

Ensure that the product ordered is the correct part number order for the version of Empower software, whether it be Empower Personal, Workgroup, or Enterprise. A mismatch with the existing system results in this error.
