SYMPTOMS
- An error box appears when trying to launch Empower
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3 FR4 upgrade
CAUSE
A cached version of Empower.exe was installed instead of the correct version from the installer media
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Remove and reinstall Empower and the required instrument drivers.
- Optionally, copy a known good copy of Empower.exe from another Empower client.
