- Verify Files fails to pass and indicates numerous changed files
- Manual inspection of the file versions, sizes, and CRC values against a good Empower 3 FR4 installation indicates all files are correct
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3 FR4 upgrade
CAUSE
dir.cks did not update during the upgrade.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Remove and reinstall Empower and the required instrument drivers.
