SYMPTOMS

• Two LAC/Es pass qualification the day before without error
• Empower SQT for Software does not populate result set
• “No results processed for this processing job" in Empower message center
• "All channels are locked, no results are processed for this processing job" in Empower message center
• Check by System Policy "Allow lock channels after Sign Off 2"

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3

CAUSE

Sign Off 2 opts to Lock Channels after result sign-off.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Unlock Channels. 
2. Repeat SQT.
