Second standard injection not calculating amounts in Empower - WKB2413

SYMPTOMS

• All standard injections are calculating amounts, except for the second injection of the third standard for the system suitability
• Viewing Audit Records for that injections shows Alter Running Sample at around the time of the Sample Set Acquiring Data
• While Sample Set is in Review, there are two instances for the row in the Sample Set for that Standard, meaning because the row in the Sample Set is one Inject Standards row with two injections, there should be only one instance in Review with Injection 1 and Injection 2 under it in the tree.

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3 Service Release 2 (SR2)

CAUSE

Standard injection disassociated from sample set, due to altering the Sample Set while running

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Go to Browse Project.
2. Select Sample Set.
3. Right-click, and Select View as Injections.
4. Highlight Injections, and right-click Create Process Only Sample Set.
5. Reprocess the newly created Sample Set.
