Empower error message: Project has a Process connected to it, cannot rename this time - WKB239784

SYMPTOMS

• Cannot rename a project
• Message center records "Project has a process connected to it, cannot rename this time"
• System monitor shows user is connected
• User session still exists in system monitor after hard reboot 

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3

CAUSE

Possible cause: Oracle sessions have not cleared

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Project may be in use or assigned to a system/user
   1. Confirm in Empower -> Configure Manager -> View -> System Monitor -> Projects
   2. Is assigned to one system with one user... with the same user on the same system load a different project to do a cleanup.
2. Restart the Database server. (This should clear the sessions so you can rename the project.)
3. If the issue persists, contact GSS to clear the sessions through SQL queries on the Oracle database.
