- This is a new installation of Empower 3.7.0
- Base license and system license are activated
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3.7.0
CAUSE
In the Waters Licensing Wizard, the "update instrument catalog" step was not performed.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Perform instrument catalog update per instructions in WKB1918 and the Empower 3.7.0 Installation, Configuration, and Upgrade Guide.
