SYMPTOMS

• Standard plate type in use and available under Plate Types within Configuration Manager per WKB18149
• Deletion and recreation of system within Empower
• Multisampler configuration per WKB24672
• Same results with a new instrument method                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     

ENVIRONMENT

• Agilent 1260
• Empower 3

CAUSE

Drawer configuration is incorrect within PreConfiguration tool due to faulty Sample Manager.

FIX or WORKAROUND

• Contact Agilent Technologies if the hardware contract is with the vendor.
• Contact Waters if your hardware contract is active via iRequest.
