The Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) has reserved the following blocks of IP addresses space for private networks:
10.0.0.1 - 10.255.255.255
172.16.0.1 - 172.31.255.255
192.168.0.1 - 192.168.255.255
You can change the Waters instrument LAN card to any of the IP addresses above: 192.168.0.1 or 172.16.0.1 or 10.0.0.1 so the Waters DHCP server functions correctly.
