SYMPTOMS
- ALS Error 945 appears in Empower Message Center when trying to make an injection
- Injection does not occur
- Agilent 7890 shows Sampler error #945: Autoinjector back tower plunger error
- Fault light on the tower flashes red four times
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3 FR2 Enterprise
- Agilent 7890
CAUSE
Back injector plunger error. Faulty syringe or syringe carriage.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Inspect the syringe and replace
- If syringe replacement does not correct the error, replace the syringe carriage.
