- Beginning with Empower 3 FR5 ,customers can directly download Empower media from the Digital Delivery Portal.
- For releases prior to Empower 3 FR5, Service Releases and Hotfixes are available from the Waters support website using their Empower Support ID if they are on a plan. Feature Releases prior to up to and including Empower 3 FR4 are not available on the Waters support website nor the Digital Delivery Portal for download. See Article WKB416 on how to order.
