PROCEDURE

1. Empower 3 is not downloadable from Waters.com
2. Eligible customers can request the upgrade from the waters software upgrade page on the website
3. Media will be shipped to the customer

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Customers who just renewed a support plan to be eligible for the upgrade will still need to request the upgrade via the waters website after the plan is booked.  The SW will not automatically be sent to them.
