PROCEDURE
- Empower 3 upgrades for eligible customers on a software support plan are now available through the Waters Digital Software Delivery and License Entitlement platform.
- Physical media is no longer shipped to the customer.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Customers who just renewed a support plan to be eligible for the upgrade will still need to request access top to the digital delivery platform after the plan is booked. The SW will not automatically be sent to them.
