Cannot update Empower project to the current version - WKB231136

SYMPTOMS

• Empower displays the message "Failed to update project [PROJECTNAME]. Failed executing update script. Update process terminated."

• Empower displays the message "Restored project [PROJECTNAME] could not be updated to the current database version and will be deleted"

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower

CAUSE

Project backup is incomplete. The required project tables are missing from the project backup.

FIX or WORKAROUND

If the project is available in the original Empower environment, you can attempt a new backup. If the new backup also fails to restore correctly, contact Waters Support for further assistance.
