The gradient time/composition in the time table settings of an Agilent LC instrument method do not save properly - WKB22699

SYMPTOMS

• A change is made to the time and then to the composition in the gradient time table
• Immediately after making the composition change, the save button is pressed
• The method is reopened and the time setting change took effect but the change made to the composition did not save

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3
• Agilent LC
• ICF 2.2

CAUSE

When the change is made to the composition, the user does not click outside of the composition window within the time table before clicking the save button.

FIX or WORKAROUND

This is expected behavior. After changing anything in the timetable, be sure to click outside of the window you are typing in. Then you can click the save icon to save all changes made.
