Error in Empower 3: ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1 ORA-01654 unable to extend index SYS.I COL2 by 1024 in tablespace SYSTEM - WKB22679

SYMPTOMS

• When attempting to create a project, Empower returns error message "Error executing E:\Empower\Script\project.sql"
• The Oracle alert.log contains the error "ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1 ORA-01654 unable to extend index SYS.I_COL2 by 1024 in tablespace SYSTEM"

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3 Enterprise

CAUSE

The Empower database drive (User) has run out of disk space, and Oracle cannot extend the SYSTEM01.dbf file.

FIX or WORKAROUND

 Add more disk space to the Empower Database drive.
