In Empower, no results created when processing 3D PDA data - WKB221864

SYMPTOMS

• No results created when 3D data is selected and processed from the Channels tab
• Error "Cannot process with this job" in the Message Center.
• Processing is performed by right-clicking the channel > Process and selecting "Use specified method set"

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3

CAUSE

The channel registered in the method set is the channel for 2D acquisition.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Create a channel that extracts the wavelength from the 3D data from the Derived Channel of the method set, and reprocess.
