SYMPTOMS
- The Mz and Mn values are not being calculated
- Mw is calculated as expected
- Injecting narrow standards and broad unknowns
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3
- Gel Phase Chromatography
CAUSE
The unknowns were injected as "unknowns" instead of "broad unknowns".
FIX or WORKAROUND
Take the samples into the Alter Sample window and change the sample type from unknown to broad unknown. Reprocess the data.
