Each personal installation requires a base license key that cannot be installed on more than one computer. The licensing does not allow it to be installed on two computers at the same time. To install Empower Personal on a different computer, you would have to backup the projects and deactivate and remove the licenses from the original computer in order to move them to the new computer installation.
