ANSWER

The only two drivers that we support with Windows 10 are Driver Pack 2017 R1 and Waters Driver Pack 2017 Release 2.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

2420 ELS - Previously, the 2420 ELSD shared an ICS with the 2424 and ACQUITY ELS detectors. There are now separate ICS versions for the 2424 HPLC (version 1.65) and the ACQUITY ELSD (version1.67).
Restriction: If you install DP 2016 R1, you will disable control of the 2420 ELSD. See also: Waters Driver Pack 2016 Release 1 Installation and Configuration Guide, pages 9-10.

Per the Waters Driver Pack 2016 Release 1 Installation and Configuration Guide -  2420 ELS detectors in an Empower client/server environment:
Restriction: Do not install DP 2016 R1 on an Empower LAC/E module that controls Waters 2420 detectors or an Empower client that connects to a LAC/E module controlling a 2420 detector.

You can no longer control a 2420 detector with a Citrix client.
Requirement: To control the 2420 detector in a client/server environment, you must install DP 2016 R1 on the acquisition client.
