  • Chromatograms do not appear in the Empower Review window or on the client or LAC/E
  • Chromatograms do not appear in the Empower Review window on the server
  • Can ping the server from the LAC/E and client by IP address and vice versa
  • Can ping the server from the LAC/E and client by name and vice versa, but very slow

ENVIRONMENT

  • Empower Enterprise

CAUSE

The domain controller failed.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Fix the domain controller.
