OBJECTIVE or GOAL

 Process one wavelength from multiple channels.

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower
• Empower 2
• Empower 3

PROCEDURE

1. Open the method set.
2. Select the instrument method,
3. From the Channel name drop-down list, select the wavelength of interest.
4. From the processing method tab, select the processing method.
5. Save the method set by pressing the Save button at the top.
6. Go to the Review window and process the sample set.
