Empower Review fails when manually identifying a peak and the processing method has RT Reference and Rel RT Reference filled - WKB205662

SYMPTOMS

• When processing samples containing about five or more components in Review, Review fails
• Discovered that failure could be avoided if all entries in the RRT column of the processing method are removed

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3.6.0
• Windows 10 Pro for Workstation PCs

CAUSE

CRI-5000

FIX or WORKAROUND

Create a new processing method.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• The processing methods that were not working and were causing failure with this upgrade had RT Reference and Rel RT Reference filled.
• Review failed specifically when trying to manually identify a peak (by moving peak cursor from one location to other).
• The new processing method, created from scratch, had only Rel RT Reference filled, the rest blank.
