In Empower, USP resolution is not calculated after clicking Quantitate - WKB205087

SYMPTOMS

• After opening the process method and clicking the Integrate button, if you click on the Quantitate button, USP resolution becomes blank for some peaks
•  USP Tailing, USP Plate Count, Width @ 5%, and all system suitability fields are calculated 

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3
• System Suitability

CAUSE

On the Limits tab of the processing method, "Calculate Suit Results" is not selected for some peaks.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Select Calculate Suit Results" for all peaks.
