SYMPTOMS
- Run fails during the sequence
- In the Event Viewer System log of the acquisition server, there is an error entry for the ACQUITYPDAServer.exe
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3 Enterprise
CAUSE
There is a defect for the ACQUITY driver packs; the ACQUITY PDA stops responding during long runs.
FIX or WORKAROUND
This issue is resolved in Driver Pack 2017 Release 2.
