- System runs first injection but does not move to the next injection
ENVIRONMENT
- Alliance HPLC System
- 2695 Separations Module
- 2998 Photodiode Array Detector
- Empower 3 Personal
- Empower 3 Workgroup
- Empower 3 Enterprise
CAUSE
TCP/IPv6 is turned on.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Clear the TCP/IPv6 selection from network adaptor properties.
- Also, disable TCP/IPv6 from Registry. See WKB9503 for instructions on disabling TCP/IPv6.
