- The system being run when an instrument hardware issue occurs stays in active status even though the sample set completed
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower
CAUSE
The instrument erred out before the system was finished with the sample set, even though data collection was complete.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Restart the LAC/E32 or acquisition computer when all other acquisition is complete.
