• Agilent Instrument Control Framework
• Agilent 7102A ELSD

CAUSE

Agilent ELSD not configured correctly on Agilent Preconfiguration Utility

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Check the "Cooled options" in the Agilent configuration utility for the ELSD detector. Ensure that it matches the hardware configuration. 
2. Most of the time the error will be resolved by clearing the "Cooled Options" selection.
