SYMPTOMS

• Pre-treatment functions like auto additions, dilutions, washes, and so on as configured in the instrument method are completely ignored during acquisition.

ENVIRONMENT

• Agilent Instrument Control Framework v3.4 only
• Empower 3 Enterprise
• Agilent LC

CAUSE

Implementation of new functionality in Agilent Instrument Control Framework v3.4 broke the behavior of Pre-treatment functions

FIX or WORKAROUND
