ANSWER
When an Agilent GC is configured in Dual Tower mode, the Options tab is not required:
- Manual injection is not applicable/allowed when both towers are connected to the GC.
- The gas sampling valve is supported only for the Headspace sampler; it is not required to appear as an injector preference when Dual Tower mode is configured.
The injection from the Front/Back Injector will be taken based on the vial numbers (F:1 or B:2) set in the sample set.
