SYMPTOMS

• The error message below is displayed in Review while performing manual integration when changing between two or more Processing Methods that use the same type of integration algorithm. (Traditional or ApexTrack) 

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3 FR5 and later

CAUSE

The error message is being presented under incorrect conditions. This is documented as CRI-3389

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. None known. Empower will clear integration upon changing processing methods and continuing manual integration within Review.
