CAUSE

Incorrect collector setting

FIX or WORKAROUND

1.  On the “General” tab of the instrument method, Set the correct values for the “Fraction Collection Options”.
   Syntax: P3-B-1  (P3 = Rack; B = Column; 1 = Raw) P1 is rear right.
   
   
2. Even if collection is “Timed-Based”,  the “Peak Triggers” first column must be configured with a detector (default setting).
