- No errors in Windows logs
- G1311B shutdown error on the instant pilot
- No buffering occurred
ENVIRONMENT
- Agilent 1200
- ICF v2.1 HF1 with A.02.03 DU1 HF2
- Enterprise environment
- Empower 3
CAUSE
Instant pilot was not set to compatibility mode. Once the instant pilot was set to compatibility mode, the instrument failures stopped.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Set the instant pilot to compatibility mode.
