The Windows clocks on Empower database server, LAC/Es, and clients are not properly synchronized. The server clock may not be synchronized properly with a time server. Empower database server time may be 10 or more minutes slow, and LAC/E32s and clients may not be synchronized with the database server.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Synchronize all nodes Windows clocks and reboot nodes.
Confirm that the raw data drive on the Empower database server has plenty of free space.
