Error "The back up directory contains old files" when backing up a project in Empower - WKB18021

SYMPTOMS

• Error message "The back up directory contains old files. Press OK to delete these files in the backup directory and continue the backup or press CANCEL to drop out of the back up" appears when backing up a project in Empower to a specific file directory location
• Backing up directly to the desktop is successful 

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3 Feature Release 3 

CAUSE

The folder location chosen for the backup has an existing backup of the same project in the folder.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Select "CANCEL" and choose a different file location to place the new backup.

OR 

Select "OK". This will overwrite the older files in that location and place the new backup there. 

Please follow your internal SOPs regarding project backups.
