CAUSE
The exact cause is unknown. It is hypothesized that the issue is on the directory side, limiting the number of objects returned.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Refine the search criteria to limit the search to as little of the directory as possible.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
As a test, try just the search criterion of either OU=People or CN=Users.
If the search criteria are too broad, you may get the message "Retrieving LDAP information - Working... (Not Responding)" before the list can be displayed.
