Privileges that are not granted to the logged-in user type cannot be edited, even when the "Alter User Type" privilege is ON.
If editing privileges that are not granted to the user type were possible, the user could grant themselves privileges that they were not meant to have.
The user can edit only within the scope of the privileges granted.
