No, not fully. In Configure the system you can click on the project name in the project table and type changes to the project name. These changes will appear above the toolbar whenever a user is in the project and will appear on reports, etc. However, the original name of the project will still exist behind the scenes in the Oracle database.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If changing the name of a project in the project table violates compliance regulations, it might be best to create a new project and copy over the methods/data from the original project. Afterwards, you can archive or delete the original project according to SOPs.
