No amount values appear for samples or standards in Empower 3 - WKB17280

SYMPTOMS

• Sample amounts are blank in the peak table of the Review window.

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3
• Breeze 2

CAUSE

No standard amounts are entered for the sample set.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Bring the sample set into Alter Sample.
2. Click Edit in the toolbar and select Amount. 
3. Enter a known amount or concentration value for each level of standard in the sample set. 
4. Save the changes and reprocess the sample set.
