Information on the Report Publisher does not appear on the print preview screen in Empower 3 - WKB16523

SYMPTOMS

• Information on the Report Publisher does not appear on the print preview screen in Empower 3
• The user adds the sample information table and then deletes all of the cells except for the cell that says "Sample Name"; this cell is then moved above the chromatogram; the user makes a new group containing the chromatogram and the sample name box

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3
• Report Publisher/Preview

CAUSE

The "Sample Name" cell is just a header for the table and is not tied to and does not contain any data. Therefore, it does not appear on the print preview page. 

FIX or WORKAROUND

Instead of pulling the Sample Information table and deleting all of the cells, pull over the Sample Set Name group found under the fields on the left-hand side.
