SYMPTOMS

• Sample set launched the night before, with injections observed in the Run window
• No injections found in the project folder
• No sample set listed in the project folder
• No audit trail entry
• No evidence of buffering

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3 Enterprise
• Citrix

CAUSE

The sample set was launched in the parent project.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Be careful when selecting the project in which to launch a sample set.
2. If necessary, you can move the injections to the correct project.
