SYMPTOMS

• Error "There are currently no systems configured which your account is allowed access to" when trying to access a system in Run Samples

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower
• New user

CAUSE

The user is not included in the group that has access to the system.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Add the user to the group that has access to the system:

1. Open configuration manager and go to "user groups".
2. Highlight the user group, right-click > Properties.
3. Add the user to the group. 
4. Click Apply > OK.
5. User now has access to the system.
