ANSWER

In Configuration Manager, there is no way to simultaneously display all users and their available user types. You can access an individual user’s properties in Configuration Manager and see all of the available user types for that single user. 

However, highlighting all users in Configuration Manager, right-clicking, and exporting to text will export all information about the users, including general properties, user type/interface properties (including allowed user types), groups, and the systems and projects the user can access.

There is an enhancement request (PCS 54079) to add a "user types" column to Configuration Manager and modify the export to exclude project information. PCS 54949 requests that an export include only user types.
