"Server Busy" error after user aborts a run on an Agilent LC - WKB15284

SYMPTOMS

  • An active sequence is running when the user aborts the run
  • User makes an adjustment and starts the run again
  • Then a "Server Busy" error appears and Empower freezes. The only remedy is to reboot the LAC/E.

ENVIRONMENT

  • Empower 3 FR3
  • Agilent ICF Support v2.2

CAUSE

Defect PCS 55979 

FIX or WORKAROUND

This defect is fixed in Agilent Instrument Control Framework (ICF) Support Version 3.0. Please upgrade as described in the Release Notes.
