- On only one LAC/E box, "ICS Repair Status" message at login to Empower: "please wait while completing configuration".
- In Windows Services, the ICS companion services indicate "Starting".
- If you stop the ICS companion service, you are able to log in.
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3 Feature Release 3 (FR3)
CAUSE
Unknown.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Uninstall and reinstall ICS.
